Your “Avalanche 30” Guarantee:

We guarantee a full “Money Back” guarantee (all WSI Management fees, not including Paid Ad Costs) at the end of the the initial program term if you are not satisfied with our services subject to the following restrictions

• You must notify WSI before the end of Month Eight in the agreement if you have reservations about our progress. This notification must be in writing.

• On issuing of such notification, you will participate in an immediate and monthly follow-on “corrective action” meeting that will include senior management as requested by WSI

• You will follow our general design guidelines and provide full support to execute the parts of the program. This includes items such as sending newsletters at the required frequency, giving WSI easy access to make website updates, and rapid approval of website changes.

• Your guarantee may be voided if you do not support our efforts to implement the program. If this occurs, we will document our needs in writing and give you 60 days to correct the issues before voiding your guarantee. This will not stop our aggressive efforts to implement your program and make your growth successful.

• You will become one of 30 companies, all in different industries, striving to be at the top of Internet Marketing in your market segment

• By joining our program, you are fully committed to following the steps to make Internet Marketing work to grow your business

• Each plan is an ongoing fee to keep the website technology current, work the Internet Marketing plan and add optional services to sustain high ROI for the project

• The minimum term for our program is 15 months.

• At any time after the initial 15 months, you may cancel or re-negotiate the contract with 60 days notice
